Proposal & Agreement
Regular, structured sessions (typically fortnightly or monthly) addressing real-time decisions, leadership challenges, and pressure points.

Sessions Begin
Confidential, structured sessions conducted online. Scheduling designed to accommodate demanding professional calendars and time zones.

Ongoing Partnership or Completion
Executive Partnerships are reviewed quarterly and renewed by mutual agreement. Clarity Intensives conclude with synthesis and option to continue.
Mutual assessment period: The first month of any Executive Partnership serves as a mutual assessment period. If alignment is not evident, the engagement concludes with no obligation beyond the initial month.

Common Questions
Why is pricing displayed in rupees but invoiced in AUD?
Pricing is displayed in INR for clarity and to remove conversion friction. Invoicing is conducted in AUD (Australian Dollars) as this is my home currency and simplifies international business operations. The exchange rate is locked at time of quarterly invoicing to ensure transparency.
How are sessions conducted?
All sessions are conducted online via secure video conferencing. This allows for flexible scheduling across time zones and ensures confidentiality. Sessions are not recorded.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) are handled flexibly on a case-by-case basis, recognizing that senior roles often involve unexpected demands.
Is this confidential?
Absolutely. All coaching conversations are strictly confidential. No information is shared with third parties without explicit written consent. This is fundamental to the work.
How is payment handled?
Payment is handled via international bank transfer or Wise for minimal transaction fees. Executive Partnerships are invoiced quarterly in advance. Clarity Intensives are invoiced in full before sessions begin. Proper tax invoices provided for all transactions.
What if the engagement isn't working?
The first month serves as a mutual assessment period. If alignment is not evident, either party may conclude the engagement with no obligation beyond the initial month. After that, engagements are renewable quarterly with 30 days notice required for conclusion.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. While this site focuses on the Indian market, I work with senior leaders and founders internationally. If you’re based outside India, the same engagement models apply with pricing adjusted for currency and context.
